Autumn is one of my favorite times to gather my family together, and I have found that fire pits are one of the best ways to bring us all-together. 
A bonfire can create the perfect venue for story-telling, marshmallow-roasting, and song-singing. It’s also a great place to just enjoy some good old-fashioned conversation. Why sit mindlessly and silently staring at a television set, when a fire pit allows you to spend some quality time with your family and really get to know them better?
A fire pit is a safe way to create the warmth and smell of campfire right in your own backyard. There is just something that feels peaceful, serene, and almost magical about the aroma and beauty of a bonfire. I know for me, it brings back memories of my childhood and quality time I spent with my family around a fire pit. These are traditions and memories that I definitely want to pass on to the next generation. I hope my children will someday have the same reaction every time they smell a bonfire or watch a flame engulf a log.
